Thank you, Harwichport. It was AWESOME!

We had a GREAT family vacation.  This summer, we went to Harwichport, MA.  It is on Cape Cod (or the Cape as the locals call it).  Our great friend, Sayra, let us stay in one of their family homes so we could enjoy the beach, good weather and a little relaxation before Mommy has to return to work.

Natalie had fun on our vacation. She was happy hanging out in her boppy pillow and watching everyone.  We did a lot of tummy time, eating, stretching and smiling.

Clive enjoyed having a little change in scenery.  As you know, having Derby with us on vacations is always nice.  While we were hanging out at our Harwichport house, we spent quality time with Derby and took nice walks in the cranberry bogs.

The weather was perfect and we were able to go to the beach every day!    Natalie enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine with us, too!

When we weren't at the beach, we spent some time exploring...one of our favorite spots was downtown Chatham.  We were able to visit shops, eat snacks at local restaurants and play at a great park!

Daddy loves to swim in the ocean and would bring me with him to practice my swimming.  I loved every second of it!

One of the best parts of our vacation was having our awesome babysitter, Kailene, stay with us.  She loves the beach and we had so much fun playing in the sand, singing and splashing in the ocean!

This summer, Mommy & Daddy started to help me potty train.  Since we were spending a lot of time in our swim suits, Mommy said I could start practicing at the beach.  Someday, I will have to discuss with Mommy why she decided to take these embarrassing pictures.  Mommy will remind me how cute I was no matter WHAT I was wearing, even if it meant NOTHING!

One day, we spent a slightly windy day at the beach so we could have dinner there and watch some of the sunset.  That was really fun!

In the mornings, Daddy and I would go for a walk in the Cranberry Bogs.  The house we were staying at, had them right in the backyard.  I can't believe this is where cranberries used to grow!  One time, we saw a SNAKE!  Sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NONNIE!  Nonnie came to visit us while we were on vacation!  We have so much fun with Nonnie.  Nonnie loves the beach, swimming, shopping and doing all the fun things we like to do.  It was really fun spending quality time with her.

We spent an afternoon at the Chatham Coast Guard Beach.  We enjoyed the views and spending time walking around and seeing the Cape Cod sights.  The Lighthouse here is really cool!

Nonnie had fun playing with me at the beach!

Natalie enjoyed anything that we did!  She still loves to be swaddled up, so when she wasn't sleeping, we let her enjoy comfy clothes and the new scenery.  Natalie slept great right next to Mommy, too!  Daddy keeps reminding Mommy that eventually she will have to sleep in her own bed, but for now, they are both enjoying being snuggle buddies.

One of the FIRSTS we had on vacation, was Clive's first ice cream.  We eat pretty healthy and thought it was finally time for Clive to enjoy a little summer treat.  He chose Strawberry which he was very excited by and loved every last lick!

Spending quality time with Mommy is always fun.  While Mommy isn't get a lot of sleep right now, she still is smiling and is happy to enjoy quality time together.  I don't think that smile tells you anything different!  We love you, Mommy!

Thank you, Harwichport!  We had such an amazing time.  We look forward to seeing you again!

Love,
Clive

TWO....August marks Two Months and Two Years, 3 Months!

Two....
Natalis is Two Months Old and Clive is Two Years, 3 Months!

It is SUMMMER!  We are really getting into the swing of the "new" routine.  Clivey has been enjoying having me around and doesn't mind taking a photo with me!  I have already changed so much.  Today, we got Daddy to snap a photo with us!

Clivey is getting ready for Water Play Day at school, but didn't mind hopping on the couch for a quick picture with me!  I love my big brother!

I have really been enjoying watching the world around me.  When Mommy props me up on my pillow, I love being able to see everyone!

Clivey had to stay home one day because he had a little fever and was so upset.  Mommy took him ot the doctor because she thought it was an ear infection.  She learned that $20 later, it was his TWO YEAR MOLARS!  So, instead of a quiet day at home, we hit the neighborhood park and had some fun to keep his mind of of his teeth coming in!

I have been enjoying my summer with my friends.  My most favorite toy these days is what we call the Rainbow bike.  I love it so much that I had to bring it with me for the photo!
Left to Right (Caitlin, Olivia, Rae, Jack, Isabella)

Mommy let me stay home one day because my friend Morgan was coming for a visit.  They hadn't met Natalie yet, so we decided to make a day of it.  Morgan brought the yummiest sandwich ever...it was a first for me:  Peanut Butter & FLUFF!  Boy was that delicious!

In August, we have Waltham Day.  There are food trucks, horse rides, slides, games and other fun activities.  We met up with our friends, the MacKinnon's!  Fun times!

Who said boys aren't just as cute wearing their Mommy's shoes!?!?!  I think my big brother looks awesome!  He can be so silly!

I LOVE to SMILE! Clivey can always make me smile and Mommy runs a close second.  Mommy has discovered that I have on dimple on my right cheek too!

We have been enjoying all of the beautiful cards that everyone sent congratulating me on my arrival.  Mommy took a photo so we could see that there were so many people sending their love and best wishes to me!

My second month has been filled with EXPRESSIONS...Drooly expressions, concerned, gassy, curious, sleepy, relaxing, happy and most of all...the look of love.  I love my family!

We hope that your summer is going great!  We can't wait to see YOUR latest expressions.

Love,
Natalie & Clive
