12 Hours, Rolling, Peas, Pears and Friends...

This week was full of so many good things!

Mommy and Daddy were mostly excited about the fact that I slept for 12 hours straight.  They couldn't believe it! I have been dying to sleep this long, but sometimes my belly doesn't agree with me.  Now I can roll on my side or my belly and that helps me sleep so much better.  The coolest part, I get to wear jammies!  Cute jammies with feet on them to keep me warm and cozy.  I'll have to have Mommy take a picture of me in my jammies.

This week I also rolled over!!!  From front to back and then back to my belly!  Mommy said I could be an acrobat!  Maybe there is a Tumble Tots class in my future.  I'm getting stronger and stronger every day.  All preparing me to sit up.  I can't wait for that!

I also tried some new foods to add to my oatmeal repertoire...Peas and Pears!  Yummy!!!!  I really like to eat.  And yes, peas are DEEEEEElicious! Don't you like peas?

  

We also had such a fun brunch planned with my playgroup!  The dad's came too!  We had soooo much fun and it was so neat to see how big we all were!  We were all in good spirits.  We are going to see each other again soon and wear our Halloween costumes.  We are all practicing sitting up, so it will be fun to try to get a picture with all of us sitting next to each other.

I'm 4 Months Old!

Yes, you got it!  Four whole months old.  SOOOOO much has happened during my 4th Month and things have just begun.  Let's see....where do I start? 

So, I just had my check up and I weigh in at 14 lbs, 7 oz and 24 inches long!  I've just about doubled my weight since my birthday.  Mommy and Daddy couldn't believe how much I've grown.  Mommy put away all of my newborn clothes.  She was a little sad and was saying how "her little baby is growing up," but I'm excited!  We have warm fleece clothes, hats and mittens to look forward to!

Look at me smile!  I love to giggle...when Mommy and Daddy kiss my tickle spot, I just crack up laughing!  Mommy likes to dance too and that is always good for a belly laugh.

We spent our first Labor Day Weekend together.  The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed a lot of time outside.  We were so glad that we were able to visit with the Panichella's.  Audrey is so much fun and I am always interested in her and her pretty goldilocks.  Here are a few pictures from our lovely afternoon together!

My Papa Olivares gave me this cool bib when he and my Nana went to Mexico.  Te quiero Abuelo!  And a special shout-out to my Auntie Casie.  I love skyping with you!

I'm really becoming a big boy!  I rolled over for the first time this week in my crib.  Mommy and Daddy were able to bear witness and they were so proud of newest accomplishment.  I wasn't sure what to do once I got on my belly.  I just kind of looked around and hoped that someone would come and save me.  I haven't rolled since, but I'm definitely thinking about it.  The coolest thing is now I get to wear fun pajamas to bed.  I don't get to be swaddled anymore, but I don't mind.  I really like to sleep on my side...I've been waiting to be able to sleep like that.  Boy does that make a difference!

I also got to play with my jumperoo!  I can't quite touch the floor, but it's so fun to sit upright and look around.  It's such a fun way to play and I can't wait to play in the jumperoo more.  Mommy said she would take more pictures for next week.
