Uh-Uh-Ohhhhh-Oh-Oh! I LOVE DANCING! Mommy and I dance all the time and I love to wave my hands when I dance. Mommy says it's my signature move. Not sure what that means, but it makes her laugh and smile. My favorite song right now is Single Ladies. I first listened to it at school. The Chipettes sing this song for kids, but you might know the one that Beyonce Knowles sings. It's really catchy.
Check out my dance moves!

First Steps
Hi Friend & Family - I am finally starting to catch up with my posts on what I've been up to. This post is a special one. On May 14th, I took my first steps! Mommy was a little worried that she would be away on her trip to China and that she would miss seeing me walk. Well, I hope she knows that I wouldn't let her miss this! I had been gearing up to walk, but I wasn't quite ready. I was exploring our staircase and was hanging onto the side of the bannister. I saw Mommy, turned around and walked over to her! It was SOOOOO cool. I couldn't believe it! I spent my whole weekend practicing walking with Mommy and Daddy. They were so proud of me.
Here is a little video of my first steps.
So that means that I am officially a TODDLER!!!!!!!!!

I'm ONE!
Hi Everyone! I turned 365 Days Old on May 1st! I am officially ONE! It has been an amazing year. I have the best family. Mommy, Daddy, Derby and Putter love me so much. We do everything together and I'm so lucky we are a family.
We had the BEST birthday party! We LOVE breakfast, so we served lots of yummy breakfast food. Mommy and Daddy even set up a waffle station. Everyone liked it. They were so yummy! We also made it a pajama party. So we could all relax and be comfortable. We had a small party with a few friends and family. We also had a special guest: A balloon maker! She could make anything out of balloons. She made me a Duck (my favorite animal) and Curious George. Everyone enjoyed their special balloons. It was a wonderful day and I was so glad to share it with everyone even though I wasn't feeling so well.
Here are a few pictures of everyone enjoying our balloon maker! We had ladybug corsages, fish, crowns, swords, cars, crabs and more! She was amazing!
We also had an amazing birthday cake. I wasn't sure what to do with it, so I gave it a pat and took a lick of the icing. It was really yummy. I just liked the monkey on the cake. (oooh, oooh, ahhh, ahhh, ahh)
A few more photos of my friends that were awake and asleep. Birthday party noise is the perfect white noise!
Thanks to everyong making me feel special on my birthday. I am so glad to be here in the world with all of you. I can't wait to share so many more memories with all of you.
Love always,

Moving is fun...what are you guys talking about?!?!!
Hi Everyone! We are moving...in just a little over 3 weeks. Our house is really nice with a water view. We are starting to get really excited. Especially because we'll have more room to lounge around and explore. We can't wait for you guys to see the place soon.
So, Mommy has been in packing mode. She moves like a military operation. Right now, she is organizing everything and packing up stuff we don't use. She has her tape gun, sharpie and labels and she goes, Goes, GOES! I have been a really good helper when Mommy packs. I get to play with this sticky stuff called tape and climb in and out of boxes.
Everyone talks about how packing isn't so fun, but I'm not sure what you mean!?!? Maybe I should lend you my maracas.

11 Months Old!
Can you believe it?!?!?!? I am almost One Whole Year Old! Mommy and Daddy have been saying that a lot these days. We've had such a fun month together. I am really becoming aware of my surroundings and enjoying time with Mommy and Daddy.
My biggest accomplishment are the words and gestures I have been learning. My favorite word is Brush and my favorite sound is "Quack, Quack!" I say Quack Quack when I greet my teachers and friends at school . Now all my friends are Quacking at home. Mommy thinks that is funny. Well, so do I! This weekend, we went to Boston and the local pond to see REAL DUCKS! I waved hello and bye-bye and quacked at them. I hope we can do it again soon. That was so much fun.
We practice lots of words and sounds everyday. I love to make sounds with my tongue and try to see the most interesting words. This weekend I looked at the coffee pot and tried to say "Coffee." Mommy has to have her coffee everyday, so it seems like it's a word I should know!
The other thing I have been doing a lot is using my walker. I can move so fast. I go around and around the house. I am very cautious, so even though Mommy says I'm strong enough to stand on my own, I'm just not ready. Crawling is waaaaay faster!
Friday was Red Sox Opening Day. Everyone at school wore their Red Sox to wish them luck today and all season. I wore my gear and we practiced singing lots of Red Sox cheers. Here we go, Red Sox, here we go!
I also have been enjoying reading books. We read books every day and I have a few favorites now. I mostly like to turn the pages of the books when Mommy and Daddy read to me.
That's all for now. I can't WAIT to share with you all about my 1st Birthday!
Love,
Clive

10...10 1/2 Months Old....Close Enough!
Hi Everyone - Sorry I haven't posted anything lately. I have been way to busy crawling, exploring, pulling myself up and playing with everything! I am also working on my 4 top teeth, so I'm going to have really big smile to show off for everyone soon! It has been such a fun month so far...here are a few highlights:
My Auntie Callie came for a visit
It was a last minute surprise and my Auntie Callie came for the weekend. I'm sad we didn't get to spend a lot of time together, but we had so much fun! We ate lots of yummy food and took her to some fun places around Boston. I LOVED having company in the back seat. We made lots of funny sounds together.
Daddy's Birthday
Mommy and I had so much fun planning it. We picked out a delicious cake, made him a card and picked out a real basketball hoop. Someday he will teach me how to play, so we thought it would be fun for him to enjoy shooting hoops at home.
We bought a house!
Mommy and Daddy have been looking for awhile and we finally found a really great house. It's only 15 years old which is hard to find here in MA....everything is old! And, it's nice and open and plenty of room for me to crawl! We look forward to you all coming to visit!
I can use sign language
One of the most exciting things is that I've been really using my sign language and talking a lot! Mommy has been practicing with me for a really long time. But now, I can do it too! It's really exciting that I can express myself and tell Mommy and Daddy what I need. I can sign for Milk, More, All Done, Eat...and I'm working on No.
I love to talk! So far, I can say Mama, Dada, Brush, Quack Quack (for Duck). I understand a lot more than I can say right now, so I keep practicing every day! Mommy is trying to get some video of my chatting, so I can share with all of you.
Dr. Suess Day
To celebrate Dr. Suess's birthday, everyone at Daycare got to wear mismatched clothes. It was so fun to be silly!
A new twist
Can you twist your tongue like this?
Talk to you all soon! Hopefully, we will have more pictures to share with us playing outside since the Spring weather should be here!
Love,
Clive
